About Me

I am a fitness enthusiast who loves long therapeutic runs with girlfriends, reading life affirming books, staying in touch with valued friends, making the occasional necklace, finding inspiring recipes that encourage healthy eating, and laughing daily as I watch my two precious boys grow. That sounds a bit more like a personal ad than a biography, but oh well. I am not a nutritionist.
I have found that I as I grow older, I am leaning more in the direction of wanting to live a healthier and greener life. I want to be accountable for the impact that I am making on our earth and in its landfills from consumption to waste. I am a certified product junkie. From moisturizer to bug repellant and fertilizer, I am always hunting for better products. I am beginning to alter my buying perspective from what is purely beneficial, convenient and ecomomical to standards of sustainability, eco-friendly and purity of content. It is my desire to try to live a little healthier and greener everyday.
